This piece was inspired by one of my favorite books as a child, Natalie Babbit's "Tuck Everlasting" The tiny bottle on this tatted choker is there to hold a few drops of water from the enchanted spring Winnie discovered in the woods, to remind her of that long ago summer and the wonderful family she met. Tatting was a skill that any young lady in Winnie's time would most likely have learned so this is a piece she may have created for herself.
